Michelle Foster is our Senior Operations Manager, and has more than 10 years of oil and gas industry experience and seven years as a geosteering consultant. Michelle has successfully steered horizontal oil and gas wells throughout the United States by consistently maintaining maximum wellbore exposure to pay intervals ranging from thin 5-foot carbonate zones within basins lacking structural complexity to 16-foot chalk beds in structurally complex basins.

Michelle works closely with our teams to maximize near 100 percent of the wellbore within the pay zone while maintaining the integrity of the well.
