Terra Guidance founded in 2011 with a dream to bring Quality of Life to geologists in harsh working conditions of the oil patch, we built a team of experienced people with a commonality of a passion to live life, be experts at what they do and provide a safe space for others with similar interest to join and excel. We did this by creating a culture of trust designed by our three living values of MPH. We live out this dream by threading MPH into every aspect of development of people and business. We are only successful if we love what we do with the people we do it with.
