Phillip Broache is the team anchor for Team Charlie.  Phillip began working in the industry in 2011 Mudlogging and Geosteering Marcellus wells in West Virginia.  After graduating from West Virginia University, in 2013 with his B.S. in Geology, he joined Antero Resources in Denver, where he worked as an Associate Geologist before helping to create their in-house Geosteering center where he worked until 2020.  Phillip joined Terra Guidance in 2021 as a Remote Geosteerer, before becoming Team Charlie’s Anchor in 2022.  Phillip has been actively steering the in Midland, Delaware, Western Gulf, and Williston Basins since joining TG, in addition to having nearly a decade of experience in the Appalachian Basin from his previous work.

Phillip lives in West Virginia with his wife Megan, and their two dogs Darcy and Rayleigh.  In his time away from work, he enjoys taking trips with his wife, fly fishing, playing trivia, and cheering on the Mountaineers.
