Randy Ellison, our Onsite Operations Manager, joined Terra Guidance in November of 2018. Randy has more than 15 years in mudlogging, working basins in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana and Colorado, and another 3 plus years in Operations Management overseeing onsite operations across the US. Earlier in life, Randy worked as Wellhead Tech for over 10 years in Oklahoma and Arkansas, giving him knowledge in multiple aspects of field operations. Growing as a manager and being a great leader is Randy’s passion, as well as living and promoting the Terra Guidance culture of Quality of Life.
