Randy Ellison, our Safety Manager, joined Terra Guidance in November of 2018, and took over Terra Guidance safety operations in 2022. Randy has over 15 years in mudlogging, working basins in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana and Colorado, another 4 plus years in Operations Management overseeing onsite operations.  As a younger man, Randy worked as Wellhead Tech for over 10 years in Oklahoma and Arkansas, giving him knowledge of multiple aspects of field operations. Randy’s passion is providing a safe place to work and growing as a leader while promoting the Terra Guidance culture of Quality of Life.
