Scott Waggoner, CEO, has a history of leading new venture teams, including 15 years in the oil and gas industry and 8 years with Pason Systems. Before Terra Guidance, Scott worked as a project coordinator in operations, sales, marketing, and new-product-to-market development in the United States and Canada.

Scott specializes in leading new teams into multidisciplinary geologic services. He has worked with remote geologic-based models from Houston to Calgary. He holds a B.S. degree in geology.
