Taylor Weathers is the Onsite Field Coordinator (OFC) for the Western-Central Region, which includes basins in Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado

Phillip Broache is the team anchor for Team Charlie. 

Kevin McCall is a Team Anchor for the remote geosteering department with 10+ years of mudlogging, geosteering, and Operations/Development Geology.

Chris Hitchcock is the Anchor for Team Bravo. Chris has steered over 2000 wells in his career.

Jeff Lacy is a remote and onsite Geosteering Geologist with over 5 years of experience in the oilfield. Jeff has been working with Terra Guidance in the DJ Basin and Powder River Basins since August of 2016.

Randy Ellison our Onsite Operations Manager joined Terra Guidance in November of 2018. Randy has 15 plus years in Mudlogging working basins in Texas

Michelle Foster is our senior operations manager, and has more than 10 years of oil and gas industry experience and seven years as a geosteering consultant.
